Anybody know what brand of pads might come with "metal thingies" My Expedition has them mounted to the knuckle. They are made of stainless steel and don't wear much and the pad can slide on them easily.

I just replaced my rear drum brakes with discs from a ZJ but I couldn't hook up my ABS because the tone rings are different. I pulled the relay and fuse under the hood for the ABS. I still have an ABS lite on and the check engine lite. Will the ABS trip the check engine lite ???

What does the orange engine lite mean? I can't find anything in my shop manual and just can't find my owners manual. It is a 2001 XJ.
