Yeah, tranny kickdown didn't work. Spending tomorrow troubleshooting.

I tried something yesterday that has so far fixed the issue. I readjusted the tranny kickdown on the throttle. It's still early to see if it has worked, but so far so good. I will probably go through vacuum lines this weekend just to be sure.
