I thought Rough Country donated a 3 inch lift? IF we are using the 4.5 what happens to the 3" Rough Country? Can we sell it, to pay for some tires?

I have a almost new JKS Tack bar PN OGS126 For XJ with 1 - 3.5 inches of lift. I mounted this up about 2000 miles ago, but decided to go a different route. Anyway it will come with the drilled out stock bracket, so easy to bolt on. $150 I will ship it, but you pay shipping, and this thing...

While double shear isn't the only way or the "right way" if you can get the IRO double shear with new beefy bracket for the same price as the JKS, why not go with the IRO?
