    what year and model XJ has the heaviest (thickest) front sway bar? have to change my mount bushings so I might as well get the strongest set up from the wreckers.

    I've been reading alot lately about the benefits of drop brackets. since I went to over 4" I've had steering issues. maybe this is a way to get back to close to stock steering feel. is anyone running drop brackets with say WJ LCA's? or I think some ZJ lca's had a clearance bend in them as well...

    had mine on for three years now. look cool, good place for the hi-lift to connect, and no clearance issues. hard-core rock climbers would destroy them, but for a trail and camping guy there great.:cheers:

    I'll send you some lebaron hood vents if you send me the brake booster, spacer, and m/c. maybe the pedal as well if its a standard. ( got to find where I hid them first!)

    Where did you mount your ALP-1

    just got an ALP-1 sirius box to connect to my alpine head unit. its a bit bigger than I thought. has anyone mounted one in an early('90) XJ? and not just screwed it to the top of the dash! I'm a bit of a freak that way.its got to be a tidy and secure install. thanks
