If its a 97 it has obd2. The fault codes don't mean the sensors are bad. Its in Indicator of where the problem is. Yes sensors go bad but they also have need correct power and ground and signal voltage. I had a problem with my 98 stumbling and rough running. It was giving p codes for o2 sensor...

There are really good threads on the shift solenoilds diagnosis and replacement in the oem section do some searching. But always start with the easy things fluid level and condition.

Does anyone have the info on the spark plug wire routing described in this tsb. It is the first step in tracking down miss fires and pinging as described in other tsb's to prevent crossfireing of the ignition. I have a heavy ping when driving after warmed up and you can watch the rpms jump up...

I looking for clearance at this time. I think I will go with lift coils so that I net something for the time to tear it apart.

I am already running 2 inch pucks and have a winch on the front. So just trying to see if putting the zj coils in is worth the effort or go with some lift coils. Almost seem that it might not be worth it due to the fact that its a guess on what I will net for lift if any, springs are used.

So my 98 came with the up country package and they are said to be a 1" lift. Have a pair of v8 zj coil will i still see a differance??

I think i am going to go ahead and replaced the filler neck and the hoses and see what happens. Thanks for the ideas.

I did check that area, did not see anything during the smoke test but will recheck.

So still trying to track down this leak p0455 being stored for large leak. I have replaced the gas cap as well as the purge valve. I smoke tested the system and could not find a leak. I had the though that maybe the leak detection pump is weak and is not building pressure or vaccum, don't know...

None disconnect. Guess this means I am pulling the front carrier out.

I have gear oil leaking out the passenger side axle tube. I have not torn apart and D30 before i would guess there is an inner seal that is bad. Does anyone know if there is a seal at the diff, require removing diff to replace??
