If you search it has been covered... but when I did mine... I don't remember but I do know that itis metric and you need a deep socket... and is between 11, 12 or 13.

I did this myself and went smooth... and the prices listed are a little skewed
when I bought my 00' the AC needed to be recharged... and this summer it doesnt work... I would guess it could be something bigger. I have yet to try to figure out why mine is not working this year.
Well from having an 0331 head crack on 00, i know what a pita it is to find a different head and change it... also from the posts around here (search 0331) most of the heads that cracked were 2000 and some early 2001... which then DC decided to change the caastings IIRC. So with a 01 a better...
Nice I'll have to really consider them... I wonder what color I should pick, I also live in Upstate NY and drive in snow and fog, but my jeep is Red? So i don't know which would look good and work as well... i would have to upgrade to the 100 watt bulbs.

Yes they are the exhaust ports that are different, im working on getting a picture of the adapter, i forgot to take a pic before i assembled. If you look at the pic titled "0630 ports 1" that i sent you, and the "0630 exhaust overlay" you can see that it is the exhaust... also look at a header...
nothing of the emissions change so you should have no problems in CA. You could say the original bolts broke off when changing spark plugs and you created a bracket that does the same thing...
