So what are the details on it? 4.0? Auto? gears? Header in good shape? Any other exhaust leaks? Cruise control? A/C works? PW/PL?
I've been out of my last cherokee for a while and the Mustang is just not the best in the winter! LOL
Sold my XJ cause the gas mileage was killin me and got the new CRD KJ, so I have some parts gathering dust in the garage...
D30/35 4.10 Dana gears WITH both carriers. They are used, but lightly so and are in great shape. Never got around to putting them in my XJ. $175 + actual shipping...
motor mounts surprisingly weren't too bad. They looked easy enough to get to. I went for it in my apt's parking lot. LOL I tried swapping out the left side first, but was not able to reinstall the big bolt (you'll see once you look at it-big bolt runs front to back horizontally) because I...
Wow. Crazy story man. I guess you know why it was running like crap and low on power now, huh? Ina couple months you'll have a Three thousand dollar/$500 beater. :D
PB blaster works great on the exhaust studs/bolts. If you have a weepy valve cover though, you may find several of the bolts are fairly easy to take off. :D

woo hoo! Good work Kim! Next time I'll remember the camera and actually try to take some pics of my Jeep in action. Just set the cruise control, jump out and snap away! Yer bugger!
Pretty bad that mine is the nice Jeep...oh boy. I got a cold right after I got back and it's been raining...
#1-1 month
#2-Heck yes! Beats all the money for a stock one or a Banks...seems to run just fine. I put my bigger tires on the same time I put on the header so I couldn't tell ya if it made a power diff or not...
I remembered everything except the camera on my first wheeling trip. OK well, ya I forgot LOTS of crap, but I forgot the camera too. But Kimmers had a camera!
You got any pics to post up from our Labor day bash dude? Maybe some pics of the aftermath on your truck would be in order too...
I've had a similar clunk up front. I can't locate where it's coming from either. When I first bought my Jeep a couple months back I had a totally blown out upper shock bushing and the shock was rattling all around. It made a similar sound. You might want to try checking that the top shock...
OK well,
GOOD NEWS!!! She PASSED! I knew she sounded like she was runnin right, and the test confirmed it. I want to outline what I saw and did so anyone else who runs into the same problems can learn from my experience...
So here is the summary:
