I don't see a problem with the dual outlet, what i'm worried about is making a pipe flared out to 3 inces will make it sound shitty. The reason most hondas with generic mufflers sound like ass, running factory 2 inch pipe and then using a 4 inch muffler for that distinct honda fart.

Not to thread jack but I have been trying to figure out which size cooler to get for my 99xj. My jeep is set up almost the same as the op. I have 31's with the same drive train. I was looking at one that says heavy duty 12,000 gvw, is it too big or will I be ok with this one.

I want to change the fluids in my axles and the guy at NAPA gave me AMSOIL 75w-90 for the front and rear axles. Do the front and rear take the same lube. And do I need any additive for the rear? It say's on the bottle if it starts to chatter to add a slip lock additive.
