looks like there are two gasket sets for sale: TCS 45117 without 'sleeve n seal' and TCS 45458 with 'sleeve n seal' what the heck is the sleeve? i have RTV already, so i dont see the point in getting a kit that comes with it. but i am unsure about the seleve. thanks
