Why not just buy one from Tom woods driveshaft? It comes with the sye, and a new cv driveshaft. Im not sure if anyone sells them included with a lift kit. Its going to be about 400-525 bucks depending on your transfer case. On top of whatever long arm kit you go with. Good luck.

You definately need to cut more from the fender, if you flex at all you'll end up with tons of cuts in your tires. For where your rocker panels used to be that is a slider i see there correct? Good start, and good luck to you.
