I am looking for a good set of Lower Control Arms for a 3" lift. Anyone that has done an upgrade, and has a set they need to move let me know.

I have a full set of factory service manuals for sale or trade. they are for 89 manuals transmission, but come in real handy for everything else, even auto. I also have a complete gauge cluster, white face with tac. I am in Arlington.

Changing out my leaking exhaust manifold, I've got a 90 Cherokee Pioneer 4.0. What recommendations can I get from you guys for replacing it with a header? What header would give me longer life, better performance, and a good sound. Mid-range price. Thanks in advance.
