    I am getting ready to pull the engine on my 2000 XJ with a 4.0 liter 6 and need to buy a hoist and engine stand. Would a 1 ton crane "cherry picker" be big enough and would a 750 lb. capacity engine stand suffice?

    88 XJ 4.0 Auto Tran Putting oil pan back on for 2nd time, cut 1 pc. gasket by rear main the first time and it leaked. Is there a secret to installing the oil pan without messing up the gasket, it was a very tight fit the 1st time I installed it.
