So, I'm sprucing up my tins to re-install on the new 4.0 I just got for my 89 xj. Everything is going great, until I try to remove the little seal on my timing cover. This thing is so corroded, so baked on, so FUBAR that it's gonna take machinery to get the surface clean of this seal! You guys...

I sit here awaiting the freight truck to deliver my rebuilt 4.0 from Precision Engine. Paid $1500 for it, shipped to my door. Let's hope it's a goodie! Keep your fingers crossed for me!
