Looking for a 98-01 AW4 or just the bellhousing from any aw4. Looking for somewhat close to 07764.

So long story short the bellhousing on 99 aw4 cracked near the lower starter bolt so starter is not seating properly. I know the bellhousing is replaceable. Is it just as simple as remove trans, remove torque converter, unbolt housing, bolt new one in, reseat tc and put everything back together...

The one with the starter hole in it.
