    Who still needs........

Think I might be riding shotgun for this one as well...went to move the Dodge today and there was a small puddle under it, looks like the driver's side on the radiator is seeping through the crimp on the tank, but tough to tell exactly where and that wasn't even under pressure. Not particularly...

    Who still needs........

I also know Tim @ Liquid Iron used to make those, it's not a regular production item for him these days but he may have the CNC files available still to knock out a set.

    Who still needs........

Just taking a quick look, it seems that Froehlich makes a similar one that may be available quicker: http://froehlichsuspension-com.3dcartstores.com/LOW-PROFILE-Shackle-Relocation-Cherokee-XJ_p_22.html It's been a while since I've heard that name though and what I remember isn't exactly...

    Recommendations for NE Getaway

Definitely a cool place to spend a night. I'd recommend the S&P Oyster Restaurant right next to the bridge in the middle of town (I'm a bit partial to that spot as my previous company built the gearing that raises/lowers that bridge). The Mystic Seaport Museum is a great way to spend a few...

    NACFEST 22 Rausch vs AOAA

Perhaps it may be worth mentioning to Lynn & co. that we're having this conversation and the cost differential is becoming a bigger consideration for our group as more members start bringing more kids etc, and see if she'd be open to some sort of group pricing or discount for our event?

    NACFEST 22 Rausch vs AOAA

Not that it's a big percentage of the whole pie, but from Twin Grove to AOAA is an additional 50 miles round trip each day compared to Rausch, much of that not highway and not flat. So for me (towing) the extra $25 in fuel plus hour+ of driving per day is lame, I'd rather spend more time...

    Sierra Fest 2022 ! Aug 1st-7th !

Thanks for cross posting over in the NE chapter. A bunch of us had looked at doing this trip in '22, and started figuring out logistics, but it fell through so the plans got shelved. I have a conference in Vegas starting the evening of the 4th, and I was planning on road tripping out...

    Let's Go To The Rubicon

Hmm. I have a conference in Vegas starting the evening of August 4th. I was planning on making a road trip out of it, not as extensive as towing the buggy out and running the Rubicon, but now I've got a reason to reconsider. Thanks for the heads up, I'll take it up in the event thread from...

    Block Washing Beats

I'd suggest talking to Gamble Motor Parts in Middlesex on Lincoln Blvd, 732-356-0219. I haven't been by there in years but we used to get large gearbox housings cleaned there, always came back nice but I don't know what processes they have. They do all the rebuilds for Foley Cat off of 287...

    The Official "After NACFest" Thread...

Not surprisingly...about what I expected to find. This thing looks like it will fit so I gotta swap a bunch of guts back & forth and build some new shifters. Nice little project, I don't mind this kinda stuff.

    Who wants to...

That's why so many offroad videos are in slo-mo, right? :laugh3: So I'd like to propose a day that does this: - Start to trail 5 from pole line, do the hill climb (optional) - Go to South property, run Camelback, hit the quarry (shoot the moon optional?), maybe Tombstone and Boot Hill from...

    Who wants to...

I'm gonna vote for Otter's trail for one of these days, if I have my rig out there...just hoping that someone might have a camera ready to actually document me on it

    To-Do list

Sadly I don't have a to-do list yet, as I'm racing at Line Mountain this weekend, so who the hell knows what the outcome of that will be   Either way I'll be up Thursday night, either with the buggy if it survives, or just hanging out. edit: Hey Rich, I don't know when...

    Let's Go To The Rubicon

I did end up at PSR last year, though Noah wasn't there at the time. I talked to the other manager(?) at the bar for a while, definitely a cool place with a fantastic beer selection as expected. Would highly recommend as a stopover for anyone interested in incorporating a few more destinations...

    NACFEST 2021 !

I just reserved that random tent site behind the clambake, by the stream. Should be a nice change from my usual tent site way back in the middle of nowhere :)

    Let's Go To The Rubicon

Paying attention here... Couple things. Logistically for those of us who'd be towing out, it's a point-to-point trail and the two ends are rather far apart (see attachment). Once you pop out the other side it's a beautiful but lengthy 2+ hr drive back to the start point. Also if you go the...

    ROCKtoberfest "Logistics" Question

There's also a ton of stuff in the town of Shamokin (Subway, numerous delis, Dunkin, etc) just a mile or so north of the AOAA entrance.
