how triangulated can you acctualy go with 2 lowers and a single upper on the diff side? i can understand how it would cause less binding. you cant make any significant mounting point changes on the axle so it would have to be on the frame side right? i never thought about triangulating a long...
im supprised it took 6 responces to realize the bumpsteer issue. cant have a drag link w/o track bar on coil suspensions. even at slow crawling speeds, you would constatnly be fighting the wheel when the axle was anything but horizontal. notice any rigs with triangulated front suspensions run...

i cant answer the welding question, but i had to redo the floors in my mj. i wish it was as easy as an xj. the mj has a lot more subframing. the floor is FAR from flat like thoes pics show an xj to be. dont hold back on what you cut. get EVERYTHING out. even up under the pedals/wheel well. go...

i think i heard that setting 8.8 gears is easyer and more amature friendly than a dana axle. is this true? who has set new gears in an 8.8? can anyone give a general overview? ive never done it.
