They're all 1" master cylinders. It's easier to do the whole unit with master cylinder/proportioning valve though.

When I put that HP 30 in the 2wd 2000 (CA emissions), the yoke was maybe 1/4" away from the down pipe. It was quiet until you took a right hand turn then it self clearanced. Ended up having to add clearance to it. Just something to keep in mind.

Does the PSC pump flow more than a stocker? I'm still running an oem chrysler pump on mine. One thing I learned from Dustin Webster is that the hydraulic tractor oil from amsoil works great for power steering also.

Is the jeep lifted? That makes a huge difference, otherwise you have to droop the suspension out, disconnect shocks, etc.

How many miles on the engine? If it's north of 100k, your timing chain is probably junk. Check it, it can cause the engine to run hotter than normal also.

37's weight way more than 33's or 35's. At that point you would be going tons. Full body cherokees on 37's are getting to be few and far between. If you do it, gear it deep, 5.38's because the 6 banger in these doesn't have huge torque. Personally I've been fine on 33's for 13 years and...

Not a clone, there are significant differences in the brackets. But yeah, if you're doing a 4 link, SFR is probably the way to go.

disconnect at the ram at the tie rod and see if it moves both directions, and if it moves in the proper direction.

Piston to cylinder wall clearance has tighter tolerances, that and bearing clearances inside the engine. :)
