    Noobfest '10-

So, just read the whole post and still no solid time? So i don't know if i'll get booed for this, but are grands allowed? My wife likes to wheel, when its not real difficult and her grand would be perfect for this. Also have a cherokee to bring along too. A final set time would be nice.

    caster help please!!

Since you seem to be the go to guy for alignment info, when I put the angle finder on the diff bolts(I haven't tried the spreader mount yet) the 90* mark is down and the 0* marks are at left and right. I can tell the axle is rolled forward because the diff cover is not 90*. It reads...

    caster help please!!

I'm trying to set the caster on my jeep. It's got RockKrawler 8 inch coils and acos adjusted about 2 inches. I'm running 37's and the stock D30 HP. I read the Go-Jeep procedure, but I don't have a square I have a magnetic angle finder. I adjusted it so the angle from the bolts on the diff...

    Axles

I always thought the 77-79 ford axles were the good ones, but according to crash the good ones are 70-76. And what makes you think that I dont want a waggy front end?

    Axles

It's time to upgrade axles. I'm considering a few options. 44 front, 60 rear(both full size). Or a waggy front end. I already have the cherokee rear 44. What years would I like to keep an eye open for with the waggy front end, and if any one knows what years of rear 60's are more worth it...

    A/C and electric fan

Ok, more info. The clutch on the compressor doesn't engage, the fan works fine when jumped. I don't want to use my aftermarket fan kit. I want the fan to turn on when it is supposed to, hooked to stock wires. So being that the compressor does not engage, yes it blows warm air when the blower...

    A/C and electric fan

The thing is that I don't want to wire it to a switch. I already have a fan wiring kit that uses a thermostat. I want the computer to control, the way it is stock! And for my A/C to work again, which go hand in hand. SO, if anyone can lend a hand on this one, I would be very grateful...

    A/C and electric fan

Now I know there has probably been a thread for this, actually i know there is somewhere. I searched and came up with over 125 threads. My question is what sensor or sensors turn the compressor and the fan on? I had a manual, but lost it when I moved. My A/C worked fine, then one day didn't...

Reiter check-in and trail leader volunteers.

To everybody wondering. I made it down fine till I got to the water crossing. I made it through the water fine, but the little hill afterwards is what got me. I couldn't manage enough speed to get up it with just front wheel drive. Thankfully for me there was a couple guys at that spot with...

    Idiots guide to mounting beadlocks

One of my 37" MT/R's took 4 strips of stick on weights, I forget how much that is. I worked at a tire shop at the time, and that's the best we could do. I did by the tires from some guy that had them in the back of his celica hatchback, so they could have been blem's. But I get no tire vibes.

I'll be there. I'll be flat-bedding the jeep, don't need to, just easier. So if anyone needs it I can tow someone out. So see you all there! BILL
