Howdy,
I tried the search, but didn't find what I was looking for. I would like to add 3 point seatbelts to the rear seat of my '87 cherokee. Any idea if this can be done? I use this jeep as an extra vehicle and sometimes I need to put my kids in the back seat. I'd be a lot more comfortable...
I have 31x10.5's on my '87 with a 3" Rancho lift. It does make some contact with the radius arms, but that hasn't really bothered me. I have made contact with the uncut rear fender sheetmetal when flexed. Didn't damage the tires and added another 1/2" of clearance all by itself!
I have a set of 35" MTR's on my F250 Crew Cab. It looks like they'll only make it about 30k-35k miles, but I'd get another set again in a heartbeat if they made them in 37" for 16" wheels. What little mud experience I have with them has been good. I've been extremely pleased with the wet road...
I've had the H.F. unit for several months now. For a while I was using it 2x a week to fill the slow leak in 265/75/16. It would fill from @15 psi to 40 psi in 2 1/2 minutes. The pressure guage reads accurately if you turn the pump off for a moment, not while it's running. I did have to...
Recently replaced my entire exhaust system. I have an '87. Went with the Pacesetter ceramic coated header, Magnaflow cat, and Dynomax muffler. Paid almost $1000 installed. I have about 2-3k miles on the new set up and I'm still happy with it. Nice sound, not too loud at all. Definite...
Mossberg 500 at Big 5. Put on some ghost ring sites and a speedstock that holds 4 more rounds. Load it with some low recoil slugs. It'll cure what ails ya!
Hello,
I have an '87 xj and an '83 Toy shortbed. The xj has a 3" lift to clear the 31's. The Toy easily clears the 31's stock. The Toy is narrower and has less body to worry about on narrow trails, and the body has much more clearance from the ground (even compared to the xj with 3" lift...
Howdy,
Give me a couple weeks and I'll have some info for ya. I ordered mine 2 months ago through a local muffler shop for my '87 and it just came in last week (don't ask). Once the jeep gets out of the paint shop I'll have the header installed. I had a high flow cat and Dynomax muffler put...
