zachandandy is correct. Those four holes are spaced correctly and were used for the Jeep winch option. But I think the Jeep winch option mounted the winch in front of the cross member.
When mounting mine behind the cross member I had to drill the offset holes to miss the steering box.

I replaced my engine driven fan with an electric fan. I know some have been able to fit the winch without removing the engine fan.

No, what I said was that it is bad if not properly designed and engineered. A properly designed three link (or in this case y-link + single link) should not use any bushings. Is should use hard joints like heims, johnny joints, etc.

I was planning to pick some up online if I couldn't find any. I was hoping to find a local source because I may end up needing a few other pieces as I build the exhaust. Since this is also the first time I've pieced together a complete...
I'm looking for some place to pick up a few mandrel bent exhaust pieces. I probably need a couple of 2 1/2" 45s to start with. The parts stores I have visited just had the non-mandrel crimped/crushed tubes. I figured that would be about all I would find at most exhaust shops too.
