put the ass end of your jeep in the air and put your tranny on nutral and spin 1 wheel if the other wheel spins in the same direction it has trac lok if it spinns in the opisite or barely spinns at all it an open diff.
just try driving down the street about 60 kmph or like 30 mph ish; anyway in comfort mode it should shift into 4th in power mode it hold up ti'll about 75-80 kph until it shifts.
changing the cps sensor is'nt really that hard just get a 6'' extention and a swivel and away you go its in the 11'o clock position on the bell houseing if you drop a bolt in the bell houseing just remove the lower inspection plate (like 6 bolts, easy to acess) and put a teliscopic magnetic...
if you have a older cherokee w/o a tach you could just go the wrekers and find a cluster from a simmiler year and just plug it in everything will work the same as well as the tach.
you mean the relay? maybee the relay is sticking, that fan should only come on if your a/c is compressor is running. and should turn off when the key is off.
try unpluging your oil pressure sending unit... look at guage and see what it reads than touch it to ground than see what it reads should pin out the guage
if the guage seems to work fine its probably the sender its self
you would be able to see if its your thermostat just by looking "so you could rule that out". make sure that new rad hose you put in is tight the upper is clearly visable so you could rule tha out. take your fan shrou out and shove your hand under the water pump " with the engine off of course"...
meh mine does it too the tie rod ends are new,track bar is new steering stabiliser is new, pitman arm is good,ball joints are new, wheel hubs are new, I do have a 4'' lift on it tho; the alleinment is good, just mainly does it with the 32'' tires I just learn to hold on tight and when wobbl'in...
the switch for the e-brake light is on the "hand" lever as long as that is all the way down it should not trip the brake light. check the level in the master if thats good try unpluging the senser from the master and see if you jump the light goes off if yes it may be a senser
