earlier today i put appox 1/4" tcase drop, i know not much but just curious, it felt like no difference still vibes. tonight im getting an angle finder, get the angles and will let you guys know. also to me looks like the angle on the diff to shaft is greater then tcase to shaft

been 2 weeks and now i got the vibration at 55-60kph and vibes decelerating from any speed above approx. 45kph. Any suggestions guys?

so the angle of the output shaft on the t-case should be the same as the yoke on diff ? how do you measure this

I just recently added a 2nd leaf from a 93 XJ with 300,000kms to my 97 XJ... looks WAY better, rides better, hauls better. BUT now i got vibes around 55km/h (35mph) and also at 100+ (60+). Just wondering what my options are, looking for the cheapest option. I am hoping degree shims will work...

97 XJ Air vents quit working cannot switch between dash/defrost, most times the floor works fine, ive read that it defaults back to defrost, if its running on 1 or 2 it stays blowing on the defrost setting in either dash/defrost control position but then if you bump it up to 3 or 4 you can hear...

go a new metal tube from dealer that screws into the rad and just used power steering 3/8 hose, cut the flares off the hardlines and double clamped. on the rad connections i could slip the tubing over the little flare, but on the hardlines the "flares" were just to big.

Recently replaced by a CSF 2-core rad.

My '97 Cherokee just quit blowing air from the vents on 1,2,3 fan speed but blows fine on the highest level (4)? What could the problem be? I have it on dash vents at the moment, and i don't use A.C ever.

i have a similar noise, personally i think mine is the transfer case linkage, it leaks pretty bad and when i pull the 4wd lever a tiny bit to snug the linkage up it stops for a length of time

mine has a interesting popping noise aswell after i let off the brake (at a stop sign) and accelerate away next time ill have to count how many times it pops and feel around for vibs from it

97' 4.0L Completely Stock XJ When im travelling around 50kph i notice that the transmission has trouble selecting what gear to be in. The jeep doesn't accelerate and it starts to coast. The local mechanic says it needs a tranny flush. What do you guys think? Oh ya and my oil pressure gauge...
