I've run Milwaukee for 20+ years. I started with M12 in the teleco industry , over time upgraded to m18 when I started to work trans/distro and climbed daily. The main attraction for me was durability, life expectancy and tool speed/torque control .

At a minimum heater hoses and thermostat were ice bound on a poorly mixed system.
first thing is future protection. flush refill and verify frz pt.
soon. ain't like that cold snap was a one time thing
Then, if you have a pressure tester- test the cooling system...

install a new one, replace the consumables in the old one & set it aside for a rainy day.....
