Is the 2wd knuckles on a 1999 WJ the same as the 4x4? I have a WJ that I want to swap the brakes and rotors to the xj is that possible or do I need a 4wd WJ?

Washington’s been very rainy so today was the only day I could make a little bit of progress haha hopefully I get another nice day soon!

So I ended up using a nut and a bolt to get it slightly out on the upper section but the scrap plates I had weren’t long enough so I used a piece of a longer steel I had but it wasn’t strong enough and bent so I’m going to try and get a piece of 1/4 inch angle iron and attempt it again...
RCP Phx, can I get away with welding my mount that’s on my bumper now to the tie in and also weld the tie in to the unibody?

So I need these to strengthen the bumper? Haha sorry I should have been more clear on what I was going to do haha not just throw a winch bumper at it haha I do plan to do tie ins haha

I don’t know if this is the right place to be posting this but I need some ideas on how to pull out this part in my frame! It’s punched in pretty good from hitting a tree on the drivers side any ideas would help thanks guys!

The bumper I got the welds were good and everything looks very good the only complaint is the swing gate has too much play so it rattles

I have access to a welder so I’m probably going with the dirt bound Offroad bracket and just make a mounting plate and weld it

You need the bracket because the bumper mounts recess a little in on the bumper and the holes on the bumper are farther apart than the holes on the body
