I used to soda blast boat bottoms. It will take off 5+ layers of bottom paint without any trouble. I cant imagine bed liner would stop it.

Im converting to disk this weekend and was wondering what size the ZJ caliper bracket has to be opened up to. I just want to have the brackets ready rather then mess around running back and forth. Anyone ever measure what it has to be?

Pretty decent wheels imo. Also, my biggest reason for going to wrangler 5spoke 16s was that I had mroe choices for tire size, and the offset of the wheel lets you run a bigger tire. More offset gets the tires rubbing the flares.

Measure angles today and found my pinion angle to be 10 degrees and the tcase to be 3 degrees. Im looking for a 6 degree 1" lift block Any idea where to come up with one? 99XJ
