4.56 gears with 33s= what gas mileage?

I have 32s with 4.56 gears, it does not like the interstate. 65mph is about all it likes. I estimate I get about 16mpg at best, in town or on the highway.

    Rusty's Off Road

I took a gamble, ordered Rusty's bumpers. I can say I had a very good experience with them. Customer service was very good. They offer a "trail bumper" package on their website. I needed different bumpers than what was listed for the kit and they worked with me and made me a kit with what I...

    Rusty's Off Road

Good info, thank you. I have looked at those companies. All are good. Some only do DIY bumpers, I can weld, but have too many projects going on right now so staying away from the DIY for now. I like the "cut and fold" mod for the rear quarters and have only found 3 or 4 rear bumpers that...

    Rusty's Off Road

Buy a Factory Lift or Custom Components?

Very good info, thank you, thank you. All this info is spread out on this site, but sure is nice when its in one spot. XJ is a 91 with 289K miles. But is in excellent condition and zero rust. So the front Dana 30 has the small u-joints. I have read the 2 piece axle really isn't a failure...
