I will be doing a '78 Ford D60 at 6.25" and a '03 AAM 14-bolt at 68.5". I will be using wheels with 5.5" backspacing to suck the tires in. I believe H2 wheels have 5.5" backspacing.

I'm in the same boat. I have the Gen2 long-arm kit with the helm joints. I'm looking at options to place a bushing on at least one end of the control arms.

I had the Gen 2 kit installed in 2004. I have the same idea to replace the heim joints and had called Rock Krawler. The heim joint specs are 3/4" shank and the threads are 16 tpi and RHD.
