Personally I would stick with a OEM replacement radiator, I had nothing but trouble with the many aftermarket radiators that I ran in my old XJ. After about the 5th aftermarket radiator I threw a stock plastic tank one in and it ran perfect. So ever since then I cant recommend any thing but...
on our bumpers we go into the frame rail and replace the nut strip with a bracket. This is going to be the strongest way you can tie into the cherokee unibody.
As far as the bumpers go, most bent plate bumpers are not going to have the strength to prevent twisting when using much tongue load...
Ahh yea I do see what you mean, on the cut and fold it is that way :doh: I can see how that could have been confusing.
These normally don't go over the bumper, but I really like how it looks. Might have to make a version that is designed to go that way.
I did a SOA on mine and it was sitting a little high in the rear with just the 35 spare sitting in the bed, now that I added the rack about 160 Lbs it's sitting a little lower.
So I need to figure out a way to increase the load capacity so when I have camping gear it is still usable...

I will admit the tire carriers take us a while to make, hopefully we can improve the build process to make them go smoother in the future.
Thats strange it hits the hatch, never seen that happen before. I wonder if the fiberglass hatch sits lower than the steel body...
