    I checked the diff fluid, I guess transfer case is my next go to.

    I do not get any grinding in Part Time. I actually don't even get grinding in Full Time unless I accelerate.

The other day i tried putting my Jeep into 4 wheel drive Full Time, and it made a grinding noise...
