Has it been doing this ever since engine swap ?And if so is it rebuilt or used with how many miles ? I would do a compression test to confirm engine good ! I have two 2000's with high miles and both have had exhaust valve guides worn to the point that the valves not sealing losing compression...

You can find plenty of injector websites to get flow charts to play with the numbers ! But it is hard to find what injectors are on which cars ! The injectors from 1996-2002 Dodge Caravan and Plymouth Voyager on 3.3L and 3.8L V6s are EV6 and plentiful in junk yards and seem to fit the specs...
