your brake light switch is most likely out of adjustment. the switch also sends a signal to the tcm to unlock th TC. re-adjust the switch, and roadtest.
if you have air tools at your disposal, put an impact gun on the bolt and spin it while applying pressure on the "collar" of the bolt head with a pry bar. it should back itself out nice and easy.
the upper mount... try and cut off the cotter pin as flush to the castle nut as possible. then...
look at your m/c. if you are not getting pressure to the rear with the adjustable prop valve set to 50/50, perhaps a seal has folded in the master? the prop valve is also another place to check. maybe one out of a zj or wj could help. im just spit ballin' tho...

look at tupperware, and resealable lunch containers, there are tons of sizes. just spray paint it black. Thats what I'm doing.
