You should get better reception after it's tuned, at least I have in the past. It's your radio, but if it was mine I'd start by tuning the antenna and see how that works first.

Sounds like you need to tune your antenna . If your antenna is not tuned you can fry your radio by transmitting .

Unplug the regulator motor from the harness and jump the wires on the motor side, the window should go either up or down Then reverse the jumper wires and the window will go the other direction . If it won"t go one way or the other you probably have a bad regulator
