I've used a An -6 to a 18/" NPT T for transmission temp. I searched my notes, but I don't recall where I sourced it. I'd bet its a Parker fitting though.. or from mcmaster. This is the closest I have found doing a quick search: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/aer-fbm2884
Porterfield Brakes can make pads if you provide them with a stock pad. I don't know if they would reuse the original backing plate or just make some new ones.

I used a coolant to oil heat exchanger to bring the oil temp up to temp faster and keep it there. I was planning on doing a remote filter arangement but I never got to that. I still have all the parts some place, so maybe one day I'll attack that...

The screamin demon coil will work. That was one of the upgrades I was going to do in the future, but haven't gotten around to it yet.
I'm running colder than stock NGK plugs. Can't recall the part number, but gapped to .040"
