if they are dried, soft and cracked... when I jacked the frame up and let the axle droop, I could almost see the bushing sleeve, it was so soft. Even if 1º of caster wont do anything its easy to adjust, and you probably need to loosen that bolt eventually anyway, especially if your bushings are...

update, took a BFH to the top corner of the bulge on the D30 cover and as best as I can tell the problem is solved.

ok, thanks for everyones input...this is such an annoying problem and even more annoying when I don't have the comfort of working on my jeep in my own driveway/garage/parking spot. so I think the only other easily doable option is to go back to the original frame bracket and use a flexing joint...

Thats what I thought, It's a KevinsOffroad bracket and bar, I emailed them before I purchased specifically asking if my height was too low, and they said 1.5" is fine and their bar even works with stock height XJ's.....they were wrong... Its actaully only dropped like an inch more than stock...

I have 2 basically brand new Moog Track Bars, may need new tie rod boot, one is 9 months old one is 2 months old(if even). I bought and installed and then immediately upgraded my track bar, so one big huge waste of money. I also have a pair of KC HiLiTES 124 SlimLite halogen, just the lights...
