Evans Creek is no Joke..went on some trails with my jeep and looked to the side of the jeep and theirs a cliff

Hey guys was wondering what part this is and the part #. Its a little plug that sits at the bottom of the block on the intake side usually has a black case around it but broke when i was swapping my engine I'm hoping someone knows the part#

so is it 75 foot lbs of torque?

i was asking because the engine is out and getting ready to swap into my jeep so i was curious what the torque specs were i cant seem to find it on Google nor do i have a FSM
