i really like the idea of a marine/hd radio in the jeep. i went thru 4 fairly cheap($150-175) radios in my tj. i would to get one that would last me the life of the rig!

full jcr armor here, bought the stage 2 rails when i got the xj, ordered their stage 3 front bumper with lean light hoop last week and should be getting it some time this week.

i'm going to be picking up a k&n apollo filter (http://www.jegs.com/p/K-N/K-N-Apollo-Unique-Universal-Air-Filter/1216658/10002/-1) do the cowl mod, i wheel with nosigma(hi john) on the same trails. i doubt i'll go in water deep enough to cover the hood and cowl.
i have the hi country and can chime in on the d rings not fitting.
when i got mine i just ground the inside of the d ring down less then a 1/8" on both side and they fit fine.
yes some of the holes weren't dead on but i have a big 18 volt drill that made everything fit fine. i dont mind...
installing mine this weekend. i'll let ya know monday.
i can tell you the parts for the iro otk weight about the same as 3-4 stock setups! super beefy!
