Thanks for the help guys. The only code that was thrown was a p306. I'll have to wait until the weekend to pull the valve cover as it's dark when I get home from work, but that seems to be my next move

The misfire code didn't pop up in the very few minutes that I was running the engine, but even before I could pull the battery negative and drive 50 or 60 miles before the code came back. I just went out and checked that the pack was seated correctly, and it is.

I Replaced all of the plugs with NGK's recently, but re-replaced cyl 6 with a champion because I thought it may have been a bad plug (PN -RC12ECC Champion Plug). The injector is a factory oem from a 99 XJ.

I was messing with my brake lines around the master, and disconnected the brake sensor. I forgot to plug it back in, and my jeep threw a u3f06 "network" engine code. I had no idea what it was, but it came my way because I didn't put the sensor back in....That was an easy fix. The mystery...
