    Not to change the subject about make believe 28mpg mj with 33's, I have an XJ with 31x10.50r15 4.5" rusty's lift what gears should i be running and what is a good brand to buy. I'm having the same problem goin up hills and dropng out of OD and it gets annoying.

    My lil town of scottdale, pa only has 1 stop light. I have a k&n air tube and have never had any problems. I can't tell you if it makes a diff. or not, but i get 18mpg in my 99'

    I've just started on my build, and it seems atleast on my 99 that you dont need deadening material. If you do go with Dynomat i've heard horror story's of that cheap stuff they sell coming loose and being a big mess in hot weather. I did the old ladies cobalt from front to back in dynomat the...

    "87 MJ- 4.0 5spd 33's and 4.10 i get 28 MPG", is that a four cylinder, 2x4? If not are you running one of those gas saving conuter vavles?

    31x10.50's on RE 4.5 lift, jet chip, k&N AirTube, Rusty's FlowMaster CatBack, bosch 02 sensors, automatic. I've been getting about 18.5mpg cant keep my foot out of the gas, accelerates flawless its a DD. Don't plan on regearing right now, maybe in a few years when i turn it only Off-Road.
