is it ok to mount a shock upside down then from what it's originally location is intended

how many of you drilled the leafs out to 3/8? and do we really need to if the other leafs holes are 3/8? no hardcore wheeling so im not worried about a whole lot of strength

lol dont wet sand your bare metal. clean it w/ thinner or wax and grease remover sand it clean it again w/ cleaner self etch it if you want you can prime it with primer surface but not absolutely necesary paint it

hmmm yea that could raise a good point.... however i bought this jeep with a lift already installed. 4.5" lift and of course no sye so i put one in it. the rear housing on the tcase was messed up pretty bad inside... the slip yoke on the driveshaft was cracked... so who knows. i dont think...
