how many of you drilled the leafs out to 3/8? and do we really need to if the other leafs holes are 3/8? no hardcore wheeling so im not worried about a whole lot of strength
cannot get off rear drum, ive been adjusting the little screw deal in the back however it is getting me no where? any tips? the other side came off easy
lol dont wet sand your bare metal.
clean it w/ thinner or wax and grease remover
sand it
clean it again w/ cleaner
self etch it
if you want you can prime it with primer surface but not absolutely necesary
paint it

hmmm yea that could raise a good point.... however i bought this jeep with a lift already installed. 4.5" lift and of course no sye so i put one in it. the rear housing on the tcase was messed up pretty bad inside... the slip yoke on the driveshaft was cracked... so who knows. i dont think...
