I'm getting a three inch suspension lift from Rough Country and they have a series 2 that has control arms how much better of an idea would that be than the entry level one?
i think it has somethig to do with the power steering pressure sensor but i still cant find a spot to plug it in. i thought it was suppose to be on the line coming off the pump.
ok thanks. someone said somehting about the head gasket and i got scared lol. Am losing coolant and oil but i think its leaking out not mixing. and both have been a problem the coolant just got way worse.
Thanks for the help, I'll look high and low for this coolant leak. other than that idk what to say the airbag light is off and the speedo is working :confused1.
I have a 98 XJ manual 2.5 . when i left the trail i noticed that my airbag light was on, my speedometer didnt work and when parked it was over heating. i also have an exhaust leak i could not find. i am leaking coolant pretty good from somewhere low in the back of the engine and have no clue...
my 02 sensor is reading high voltage. this can be caused by the harness being damaged and it is. could the running too Lean code be linked to the O2 sensor harness being messed up, both say bank 1. and if not any ideas on why im getting a lean code?
My xj has a code for O2 high voltage and the harness is infact damaged, casing got warn away from falling on drive shaft. I also have a code saying it is running lean causing me to run rich and having poor MPG. both mention bank. 1 could this be linked to the Harness being damaged? f not any...
yeah i got the long one with 4, for the O2, then i got the two pin, for the CTS, there is a third two pin that is a bit longer than the CTS wire.
engine runs without it but i don't want to mess anything up...feel like it should go somewhere.
FYI: it is a 2.5 not the 4.0
no although that is exactly what happened to one of the ones a couldn't find last night. its a 2 pin and its in a set of three wires near the front of motor.
yeah sorry just went out to look and i think it was mostly me reaching the end of a work day last night found them for the TB now i just got one that hangs near the FI Rail. it is in a set of three but in the pictures here it doesnt ever seem to exist.
