Electric fan conversion install (DAILUP BEWARE!!!)

with cheap fans that is expected. a high quality fan will not shut down just because its 95 degrees out. those 10 dollar fans suck and are a waste of money. the stock mechanical fan pulls more than 4x the air that one of those fans will push or pull. great idea with the two fans, but i think...

    D-30/D-44 front

you can always use outers from a cj d30. do a google search and see what you come up with. its a 5 on 5.5 pattern though. you could also use a warn conversion, but i think that is 5 on 5.5 pattern also.

How to modify your inner fender wheels

33's and locked or 35's and open

locking your axles is by far superior to having larger tires. my buddy is only locked in the rear with 35's and im locked front and rear with 32's (currently) and make it through the same if not more than him. it just depends on how skilled you are. a good driver can navigate a trail with 33's...

    JCR 1-ton Steering DD

i run it on 4.5" of lift and its a great kit, and JCR is a great company to work with. you may want to add a steering stabilizer though. i noticed its a lot easier to control at freeway speeds, and i have very limited bump steer now.

    What happened (misfire #1)

you could have a vac. leak at the seal of the injector. check the o rings. if you dont put them in perfect they leak and misfire... i have the same problem with mine, i replaced the o rings and its better, but still not fixed.

    9" ??

I put one under mine with my narrowed HP44 (waggy width) and it works pretty well. it still has the 28 spline stuff, but has disk brakes and came with a posi unit stock. most 9" out of cars had factory posi units (kind of like the eaton unit, but they are not rebuildable). here are a couple...

    32" tires, new gears?

first time i did one it took all weekend. there is a lot more too it then just throwing some new gears in. and if you dont have the right tools, then you might as well just take it in. the tools just about as much as one rebuild.

    Qustions On Roof Mounted Lights

roof mounted lights suck, i used to hit them off of everything and i broke 2 lenses. heres what it looked like when my jeep was growing up... where i moved them too: when you mount them on the roof you also have to figure out where the wires are gonna run and either be extremely careful...
