Also, what kind of drive shaft can I get to put in? I just want to go to a junkyard and pull one. Can't I grab a front DS from a wrangler or something?

Is that where you hack off the end of output shaft, tap threads on the end and use a different yoke? I would have to take apart the case to do that anyways, so why not spend $200 and get the kit?

Already has a 1in. drop, can it drop more? Wouldn't that add stress to engine mounts?

It's just finding the parts here at a decent price is the hardest part. I can get chevy axles all day long, it's the ford/dodge ones that are expensive. It almost seems like it would be easier to swap the tubes on a chevy housing rather than trying to figure out the t-case swap and exhaust...
