    1997 xj defroster problem

    guys, i had this issue and it wasn't the arm popped out of the door, it was the plastic "stud" that goes through the box onto the door had snapped in half. rammed a coat hanger down in the defroster for now to keep the door open at full blower power... not sure how much good that's going to do...
