OK I looked on the sites suggested but I havent had any luck. Where would a guy get part # 55037042 A It also has 2 assembly numbers on it . Stupid glove box handle / latch for 98 XJ limited with grey interior

thats what I was wondering I have a 242 and a detroit , I never use full time 4wd .

so how would a 242 operate in conjunction with a detroit in the rear ?

biggest thing is turn military crap into civilain lingo . NCO Prepatory class or whatever becomes Immediate Supervior Training course . or Supervisory Training Course . etc. too many people toss resumes in the trash when they see it looking like a military performance evaluation form .

Well .,just wanted to say thanks for all the years of support and help. I am officially putting my 98 XJ on the for sale block for personal reasons. I'll be here till the XJ sells then I'll move on I'm afraid the combo of wheeling and my wallet just dont agree anymore

ok I looked some , got confused so now I'll ask . I have a 98 XJ Limited , it came with (in order of left to right ) 12volt cig lighter , fog lights, rear defog, rear wiper, and another 12 volt. I pulled the cover and there is a llittle plug that is unlabeled and tucked up behind the HVAC...

only thing I can find is TJ, YJ, CJ's and JK , no WJ, AJ, XJ . at all

well this is starting to suck on many levels ..

wonder if anyone has done that here ...hmmm also winder about reloacitng the ebrake how hard that would be

great information for sure ... I wonder if the TJ ones would fit ? I mean the TJ and the XJ Ebrakes are in the same spot right ? and I assume they have air bag controllers also in that area ?

I have a 98XJ Limited and the center console is busted up and noone makes a post 96 ( new style) center console that is metal and a security style one. Anyone ever try to make the Pre 96 ones work in theirs ?
