I think you’re right and sixty hours jeeze. This isn’t a job I’m looking to under take but I’m 50-50 at the moment. This was my moms first new car so I pretty much grew up in it. Anyways would you be willing to share a tip or two, maybe some tool recommendations that would make the job easier...

Yep they’re all a bunch of rust buckets... I’ll be moving down south in May though just wanna make sure I can get this one there first!

Haha basically my floor pans are shot like the majority of xjs in the Midwest. My rockers are actually not rusted out at all, surprisingly! Just a little surface rust I want to grind and seal before it grows.

I’m going to do the driver and passenger side full length.

Do you have any more pictures of this or advice?

Would you be able to recommend a welder that can take care of the floor pan work?

Where can you take a Jeep to get underbody rust repaired? New floor pans, unibody rails cleaned up/ sealed, ext... I have a solid Jeep otherwise. Located in Chicago.
