I bought a harness of ebay and the autopal housings and 100/55W bulbs. Got it switched and holy light batman!! No complaints here, excellent light, easy to swap and cheap :)
I shopped around alot till I found a nice low miles grocery getter an 89 limited 2 door. I drove from Northern MI. to Jersey to pick it up. I love it. Now its lifted, locked, stroked and takes me where i need to go. Find what turns you on and give it hell.

Update- I have replaced the crank position sensor on the bell, cleaned and checked all my grounds and no change. It still starts and idles rough and when any throttle is applied it is sputtering and popping hard. If i hammer the throttle, it revs quick and clean. I very much want to get this...
As a moral/honest mechanic, you will run into this type of thing many times in your career. Hold to your guns but do what you can to keep your income. I learned early burning bridges hurts you greatly in the long run.
That is how any mechanic, myself included, would do it lol But ive read in other posts about the renix setup not pointing at #1 when installed correctly. This is why im banging my head against the wall. Also the dist, is not adjustable through rotating the housing.
