    Oil Pressure Sending Unit

I'm having the exact same problem with the Autozone part. Guess I am off to the dealer as well.

PSC steering issue - loud and leaky

Okay....I hope to not insult you. But from the pictures, you have a couple things going on. 1st and foremost there is no OEM res attached to your PSC pump. I believe what you are referring to as your res is actually your master cylinder for your brakes. The prior owner upgraded the braking to...

    TC drop...help please

they are studs. They can be removed and replaced with longer bolts. I just welded to the nut to the stud. They came out nice and easy after the heat cycle was through with them.

    Rear end play

This is your answer. it's a trait of the lock-rite. It's designed to "ramp up" if you will, on the pin. That's how they lock.

Bastard pack builders: What did you use and how much lift did you get?

at 3.25 my shackle angle is just fine. Hardly any change.

    Military look: Steel wheel options?

there is a guy around here that used to run around with wheels from an older Chysler car - Polara, Coronet or something like that. They had a cool old school look. You could also look at older unit bearing Dodge trucks. Check out Vintage Wheels. They have all sorts of old Chrysler re-pop...

Bastard pack builders: What did you use and how much lift did you get?

    Uh oh

check local laws. In many states once a vehicle is "totaled" there are VERY specific hoops you need to jump through to put it back on the road. I know here in MA you need to document every part bought, reciepts for any repair performed etc. Then you need to pass a safey inspection. Then if they...

    Spanner wrench for Ford 9"?

Power loss? i don't think you would ever notice or feel a difference. As far as axle strength vs. tire size - it's tough to say. Are you talking about a 30 year old stock 31 spline? If so i would say 35-36 is the max i would run. I grenaded 31 spline 44 shafts pretty regularly with 37 inch...

    Spanner wrench for Ford 9"?

I made a real simple one just as you stated - a couple of 1/2 20 bolts (i think - can't remember much these days) welded to a small bar or flat stock. Worked just fine as you don't need to crank them a lot. The 9 is a great diff. I run one in the buggy with the same gears. One tip i would...

    Lift Coils

I can't give you any insight on the Superlift. However i am on my second set of RC 3 inch coils. With a decent shock, i think the ride just fine. Had Ranchos once - didn't like. RE is a nice coil. but for my cheap ass - the RC is okay by me.

    Locker Options Front vs rear

Not to clog the thread..... But i have tried it both ways. For me, the rear has always the better performing off road if you could only pick one. That said - it's a long fought debate in the off road world. Back on topic........

    Locker Options Front vs rear

You can't have both. If you are looking to keep up with your buddy off road - do the rear. But there are trade offs on the street. Yup some tire chirping, a few pops and bangs. No biggie. You could do the front - sure. But it won't do you nearly as much good as a rear locker off road. Just...

    heavy steering while wheelin!

x2 before you increase pressure, you best have a cooler. it will build more heat. I've found adding a cooler nearly solved similar issues i've had. Be careful with the pressure mod. It's a good mod - but it can quickly highlight weaknesses in your 19 year old system.

    Chirping under the hood

I had the same annoying chirp. I replaced idler - no change. Turned out to be the cheap ass serp belt i had bought. Changed to a quality one and it was gone.
