Looks good. Where are you finding tube. I have no clue where to find the right diameter tubing. Home Depot sells conduit but I don't think you can weld that. What color you painting it when you're done?
Have you had an alignment recently?? After I put my 4.5" lift on my jeep I had DW with 31s and I thought that was bad. Once I trimmed and put 33s on, it was terrible. Finally just spent the 50 bucks and got an alignment after adding over sized tires and lift. Solved ALL Death Wobble problems. I...
Duplicolor spray bed liner. Sprays nice. And leaves a rough/rugged finish. Only problem it that if you have rusted Areas you are spraying then the rust will come right through the first time it gets wet. Used it on my bumpers and rockers/bottom of my doors.
If you really wanna keep the stock flares then I suggest going up another 2" to completely clear 33s. Trimming is not that difficult when you have the right tools
I'm just joking lol. But if it's running and driving then sell that, that = money and money= more jeep parts. If it was broke down and a v8 then I would be taking all the sterling components, rear disk break conversion on the xj take the front and back seats
