My a/c pump is going bad, bearings or something, wich doesnt matter to me because it hasent worked sence ive owned the jeep but the whinning from the bearings is getting louder and louder and i want to pull the pump. I cant find anything as far as a kit that gives you an idler to repalce the...
Ya i have a custom made 3" snorkel with k&n filter, tb spacer, custom long tube header made by archer racing, highflow cat, and 2.5 exhaust. I guess will see after i get it in.

Holy balls! that cant be just the mani swap?! Has anybody hurd anything about opening up the t/b area for a little more power? my friend said it gave another 5hp/tq or somwthing like that.

he most not have read the intake mani part, i figured it was pretty simple but i wasnt sure.
Anyone know how much power you gain from the mani when you open it up to mach the throttle body?

Hey i just picked up a 99 intake mani for my 91 xj and im wondering what else I need to do the swap? I thought i read somewhere i need the newer style powersteering bracket is that true?

Well i traced the wires as much as i could and couldnt find any broken ones. I took the plastic cover off of the relay and it wasnt turning on. as soon as i touched the contacts on the relay the pump would turn on. I though well maby its a bad relay again so i changed it but it did the same...
Well i replaced the balist resistor now too and still not working correctly. I called my dealer and they said it might be the ecu? anybody had that happen?

Well ive had my jeep for a while now and ive bought some parts for it but i was wonderin what you guys think i should do next? Im on a tight budjet so what parts should i et next? oh and this is my winter beat as well as my offroad vehicle.

I checked the wires from the pump to where they go inside the body and everything on that end is ok. I guess il check the fuse block next to see if there is a bad wire or conection there.
