Square 4 pin weatherpack is probably the TPS and the only long 4 pin I can think of goes to the alternator. The two big things for the swap is adapting the Renix TPS and a fuel return if you have the older tank and pump.

I used the kit from Mothers on a Focus and it's still clear after a couple years. If you want something longer lasting you could try SEM Solaray UV Clearcoat but it requires a UV lamp for curing.

I don't see a problem with building something yourself to suit your needs and these should be more then bright enough with the 50w ballasts. Are these going to mount in the original location or do you have to make room for the extra length?

97+ fuel pressure is controlled at the pump and your renix is controlled at the fuel rail and uses a return line back to the tank. They're two different systems and doesn't have anything to do with what type of line runs to the fuel rail. I've thought about going with the genright and replacing...

The Hesco impeller is a quality part and it's very well machined. Apart from the impeller it's a new OEM style pump. The reliability will be the same as any new pump from the auto parts store. I never had any problems with mine.

Every kit you find will be pieced together from various manufactures. Try to find something with brand name frictions and steels, Raybestos is quite common. If the frictions have no markings I would stay away from it. Here's a kit if you don't care about the cost...

It's an older model which never came with them.

Did you have any problems with the accumulator springs? I didn't have one painted orange for the 3rd accumulator.
